Initial Comprehensive Assessment - $ 445
(Evaluation, Custom Frequency Imprint and Laser tx if indicated)
One on one consultation including lifestyle analysis, nutritional metabolic analysis and other evaluative procedures. The initial visit will include bioenergetic testing with the Qest4 device. This is a comprehensive assessment that helps identify areas causing imbalances or disturbances in your body.

This will include retesting of the comprehensive Qest4 scan to determine if progress has been made or if further attention is needed.

Functional Food Assessments- $195
Available at a dedicated appointment and includes a Food Sensitivity Scan along with a meal assessment to look at current diet, food lifestyle and preferences. Together we will set goals and start you on a 5 Day Meal Plan to get you on track. See below for more details.
Patient Advocate Services - $195 (up to 2 hours)
As a patient advocate, I will help you better understand your health and healthcare options and facilitate the best possible care for your condition. My Master of Science in Health Education and years of dedicated and compassionate patient care allow me to be the best advocate as you navigate the ever changing and complex medical system we are all facing. I believe everyone deserves a voice in their healthcare choices. Let me help you be that voice of knowledge and empowerment. I am here to help clients and families understand the complex medical diagnoses, find the best medical care available with the following services:
~Accompaniment to appointments
~Explain a new diagnosis and treatment options
~Communicating and coordinating with doctors & healthcare team
~Help you find community resources
Fee includes up to a 2 hour in person accompaniment to an appointment or video conferencing.
Long Distance Remote Qest 4 Scans/Consultations
For non local clients, testing using a Bio Kit is available.

At this time, Firstfruits Health is private pay only and payment is due in full on the date the service is provided. I do not accept insurance as payment for services. If requested, an invoice will be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Since insurance companies vary widely in their reimbursement for out-of-network providers, I encourage you to talk in length to your insurance provider regarding details of reimbursement.
