Initial Comprehensive Assessment - $ 445 (Evaluation, Custom Frequency Imprint and Laser tx)

One on one consultation including lifestyle analysis, nutritional metabolic analysis and other evaluative procedures. The first visit will consist of a thorough review of your Health History Form and Goals will be discussed. A customized plan will be presented consisting of nutritional, supplement and lifestyle modifications along with recommendations on further testing if indicated. In addition, the initial visit will include bioenergetic testing with the Qest4 device. This is a comprehensive assessment that helps identify areas causing imbalances or disturbances in your body. It offers a high level of accuracy in determining myriad functional disturbances you may have that are impairing function and health; including constitutional weakness, inflammatory issues, allergies, digestive issues, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, mental or emotional stress and more. By running this initial scan we can streamline the process and focus on the areas in most need of support. All sessions will include discussion of results and formulation of a customized frequency imprint, which will be issued to client. As an added benefit, custom imprinted biophotonic laser therapy may also be incorporated into the first and subsequent visits. Lasers can be purchased in the office to be utilized by the client for those wanting more frequent and ongoing intervention. Your Qest4 comprehensive scan results will be emailed for your records. 

Follow Up Consultations (Re-evaluation, Custom Frequency Imprint and Laser tx)
 
This will include retesting of the comprehensive Qest4 scan to determine if progress has been made or if further attention is needed. This consultation visit will allow for target-specific scans to go deeper into any areas of concern, such as organs or toxicity, for example, that may be revealed. This visit will include a review of any tests that have been completed along with recommendations and modifications of your current plan. *
